    New client: Existing client ＝ 50%: 50%
    Product : in-house package system (For example: Production Management System)
    Customer : Manufacturing Company
    Area: Industrial park (Mainly North area)

    - Finding new clients
    - Sales of in-house package system
    - Making relations with and extending new clients by researching, calls and visiting
    - Following up existing customers
    - Create documents related with sales
    - Coordinate with technical and implementation departments to ensure service quality and project progress.
    - Other sales tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Graduated from Vocational
    - Having at least 3 years of sales experience in industrial parks or manufacturing factories
    - Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, procurement processes, and bidding procedures; experienced in working with Purchasing, Production, and IT departments.
    - Candidates with an existing client network in industrial parks.
    - Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    - Proactive, persistent, and able to work under sales pressure


    【Prefer】
    - Having sales experience of software or technology solutions
    - Having at least Japanese N3 advanced.
