    <Job summary>
    Sales assistant for a food trading company.

    <Job Detail>
    - Issue invoices and handle daily sales administration.
    - Respond to customer and supplier inquiries (via phone, Zalo, Facebook, etc.).
    - Contact local suppliers and factories, research prices, and source products.
    - Communicate with Japanese expatriates and local staff to coordinate orders and deliveries.
    - Handle general PC and administrative tasks.
    - Assist in various areas due to the small team structure.
    - Other task will be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - University graduate, preferably with experience in the food industry.
    - More than 3 years of experience in issuing invoices and handling sales admin tasks.
    - Japanese:N2 Intermediate level.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    - Proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a small team.
    - Can start working immediately.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience working for a Japanese company.
    - Experience living in Japan.
