  • Job Description

    1. Market research & business development (international):

    - Research foreign markets (demand, pricing trends, competitors, etc.)

    - Identify and approach potential oversea clients in regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, etc.

    - International customer relationship management:

    - Maintain and grow relationships with existing overseas customers.

    - Communicate regularly to update order status, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    2. Negotiation and contract signing:

    - Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms (pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, etc.)

    - Draft, review, and finalize export contracts.

    3. Order execution coordination:

    - Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure orders are processed on time and meet quality standards.

    - Check and prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.)

    4. Other tasks will be asked by manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    - Graduated from University
    - English: At least Upper- Intermediate level (Prefer Ielts 6.0+)
    - Having at least 4-5 years internal sales for steel or metal industry.
    - Knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade practices
    - Ability to analyze markets and pricing strategies
    - Able to work under sales pressure and travel for extended periods
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

    {PREFER}

    - Preferably with knowledge of the steel industry: products (steel coils, plates, pipes, etc.), markets, and competitors
