  • Job Description

    Work as an IT engineer while acting as a bridge between Japanese directors/partners and Vietnamese technical teams. Ensure that technical requirements are clearly understood, implemented, and delivered with high quality, while maintaining smooth communication and cultural understanding.

    Key Responsibilities
    • IT Engineering:
    o Participate in analysis, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of systems, networks, and applications.
    o Troubleshoot technical IT issues and optimize system performance.
    • Communication & Coordination:
    o Receive and analyze technical requirements from Japanese clients or managers.
    o Accurately convey requirements and feedback between Japanese and Vietnamese teams.
    o Facilitate understanding by considering Japanese business culture and management style.
    • Interpretation & Translation:
    o Provide real-time interpretation (JP–VN, VN–JP) in technical meetings.
    o Translate technical documents, project reports, and user guides.
    • Project Support:
    o Monitor and report project progress.
    o Coordinate to ensure deliverables meet Japanese clients’ quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    o Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
    o Knowledge and experience in System, Network, and Application.
    o Japanese : At least N2 intermediate level.
    o Minimum 2 years as an IT engineer in manufacturing companies or in Japan-related IT projects.
    o Able to use technical IT terms in Japanese
    o Understanding of Japanese work culture, communication etiquette, and management style.
    o Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills



    {PREFER}
    o Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) experience is a plus
    o Living and working in Japan before will be priority.
    o Having JLPT N1 holder.
