  • Job Description

    - Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and identify Learning & Development (L&D) needs across departments.
    - Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored for IT professionals, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
    - Manage the end-to-end execution of training plans in compliance with the company’s strategy and approved annual plans.
    - Work closely with internal trainers and external vendors to develop high-quality learning content.
    - Oversee training logistics, monitor budgets, and ensure seamless program execution.
    - Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven evaluations and generate insightful reports.
    - Contribute to L&D initiatives, including internal events and activities that foster a continuous learning culture.
    - Support additional L&D-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must have]

    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Proficiency in English
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, IT training, or instructional design.
    - Strong understanding of IT concepts, tools, and industry trends.
    - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
    - Ability to influence and drive engagement in learning initiatives at mid-to-senior levels.
    - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
    - Professional and well-groomed appearance.

    [Nice to have]

    - Korean is a strong plus.
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related fields.
    - Familiarity with one of techstacks: Python, Java, C, C #, C++
    - Experience working in an IT company or tech-driven environment.
    - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
    - Basic design skills (image editing, video creation, etc.).
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve training effectiveness.
    - Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
