    - Communicating with clients regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and order details
    - Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, transportation, customs) to ensure smooth delivery
    - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues in a timely manner
    - Preparing and managing shipping documents, invoices, and tracking information
    - Monitoring delivery performance and providing regular updates to customers
    - Supporting inventory control and order management processes
    - Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Education level: Bachelor or College
    2. Experience: more than 3 years in the Logistics Industry
    3. Language skills: English (communication level or higher)
