  - Planning and executing all worker recruitment activities
  + Recruitment Planning: Identify recruitment needs, develop a plan, and build strategies to attract talent.
  + Candidate Search: Use recruitment channels, post job advertisements, and build relationships with potential candidates.
  + Screening and Interviewing: Review candidates' resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate their skills and attitudes.
  + Recruitment Process Implementation: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the recruitment process runs on schedule and is effective.
  + Candidate Data Management: Manage the candidate database, maintain records, and related information.
  + Reporting and Analysis: Report on recruitment progress, analyze and assess the effectiveness of each recruitment campaign.
  - Conducting worker recruitment interviews (several HR members will also conduct interviews)
  - Analyzing worker resignations and providing feedback to improve recruitment activities and company policies
