  - Visit customers and listen to their needs
  - Proposals to customers based on their needs (from products handled by the company)
  - Understand product knowledge and fully advise customers
  - Ensure customer care service, maintain and develop customer relationships
  - Receive and handle customer complaints about product and service quality, report to direct management for timely handling
  - Quotation and trade practice
  - Delivery coordination and management
  - Follow-up with customers regarding usage conditions, etc.
  - Attend sales visits and provide interpretation (Japanese or English ⇔ Vietnamese)
  - Attendance at exhibitions and other events, information gathering
  - Attendance at installation of equipment and machinery
  - Other tasks will asked by Japanese Manager
  - Handling business trips in Vietnam and Japan
