  • Job Description

     Check applications for expenses;
     Checking payment vouchers for Local & Oversea Suppliers & staffs;
     Bank reconciliation monthly;
     Checking tax declarations including PIT for Vietnamese & Foreigner, VAT, FCT, CIT, Transfer pricing; Working with professional consultation on taxes related issues.
     Preparing Social/Medical/Unemployment insurances declarations;
     Checking service contracts, checking time sheets & revenue calculation;
     Management of company assets;
     Consultation to Board of Management, other department where required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}

     University degree - Accounting major;
     English fluency: Upper -Intermediate level (Prefer Toeic 750+, Ielts 6.0+)
     At least 5 years experience in general accounting in FDI companies.
     Deep knowledge and experience in Taxes.
     Honest, patient, proactive;
     Team-work spirit;.
     Goodwill to work long-term.
     Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
     Knowledge of accounting software

    {PREFER}
    - Having experience in accounting service will be preferable.
    - SAP software experience will be added advantage.
    - Having Japanese skill will be priority.
