    【Job description】
    - Performing timekeeping and salary calculation for employees.
    - Carrying out procedures related to social insurance, and health insurance.
    - Participate in receiving new employees, developing documents, job descriptions,
    - Performs the job in the accounting department such as: issuing VAT invoices, inventory monitoring and inputting data into accounting software.
    - Entries the data accounting transactions, ensuring that the general ledger monthly checked and recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law (VAS) and to company requirements.
    - Interpreting between Japanese Managers and Vietnamese employees in meetings, factory sites, and any case.
    - Translating Japanese-Vietnamese documents
    - Editing the content of the document.
    - Talking to others clearly to convey information effectively.
    - Other tasks will asked by the Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜Must＞
    - Bachelor's degree.
    - Having more than 2 years of experience working on HR and Accounting tasks.
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Having experience of interpreting.
    - Living in Long An.
