  【Job Summary】
  This position will focus on searching and exploiting the Mekong market, the candidate should have customer database in the western provinces and will take care of old customers depending on the requirements of their superiors.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Manage daily work of the Sales section
  - Manage orders and shipments
  - Monitor market situation, planning, and sales policy
  - Propose the sale price to the management for review and approval in a timely manner
  - Manage demand for raw materials
  - Inventory management
  - Make statistics on customer situation (order volume, ability to pay)
  - Make a sales policy and plan for the new year
  - Solve problems that arise every day
  - Solve customer queries
  - Coordinate with related sections to resolve customer complaints as well as after-sales service policies."
  - In charge of implementing the ISO quality management system
  - Visit customers
  - Support sales staff to receive orders
  - Propose credit limit, monitor debt payment
  - Attend weekly and monthly meetings of the Company
  - Set up action plans to deploy for the entire Sales Department
  - Directly organize training sessions for sales staff
  - Make recommendations to the management in developing the brand of products and companies
