    - Job Summary
    The company operates one of the largest real estate rental websites in Japan.
    As an offshore development base, Vietnam Office contributes to the development of websites on a daily basis.

    - Job deatil
    ・Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market.
    ・Manage projects as leader or Project Manager.
    ・Understand the requirements from customers.
    ・Make and manage schedules of development.
    ・Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members
    accurately.
    ・Review test cases and test results to ensure product quality.
    ・Final check product to ensure to satisfy the requirement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - MUST
    ・Japanese: N2-Intermediate to have internal communication
    ・Over 3 years of experience in the IT field and over 1 year of experience as BrSE.

    - Prefer
    ・Excellent Japanese speaking and writing skills equivalent to N2 or above.
    ・Knowledge of software development processes
    ・System development experience with some kinds of development languages
    ・Project management skills
    ・Knowledge of Agile, Scrum
    ・Have experience of request definition with clients directly
    ・Can write the basic design documents of the software
