    We would be nothing without our successful sales team.
    We're seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on.
    The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process,
    excelling at generating leads,building relationships,and closing deals.

    The ideal candidate will be a quick leaner with strong negotiating skills,
    and theability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
    Often tasks with giving presentations,attending networking events,
    and attending trade shows,it's essential that our sales rep be presonable and professional.

    - Maintain and grow relationships with existing costomers
    - Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
    - Identify and respond to client needs of Factory Automation
    - Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services,and learn about new products and services as they come in
    - Follow up on customer orders as necessary to Supplier
    - Anticipate the needs of customers and Suggest for FA products them accordingly
    - Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants,making suggestions as appropriate
    - Cultivate and find new costomers and sell FA equipment
    - Establish relationships with new costomers
    - Attend a weekly sales meeting
    - Appropriate monitoring,reporting,communication and liaison
    - Health and safety adherence

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - At least 3 years of work experience in a sales, no matter what industry 
    - Ability to speak to English (Intermediate level)
    - Ability to speak to Japanese (N2 level)
    - Having electric knowledge
    - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    - Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds
    - Ability to take initiative and work independently
    - Exceptional organizational skills
    - Willingness to absorb new knowledges
    - Able to follow instructions and take action accordingly
    - Show attention to detail
    - Punctual
    - Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office(word,excel.Power Point)

    - Bachelor's degree
    - Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
    - Strong organizational skills
    - Private vehicle can be used for business activities
