Qualifications

• Requirement

  [MUST]
  - Minimum 1 years working experience in Business Analyst in IT company
  - Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  - Critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity.
  - Logical thinking to find the hidden opportunities of the business processes.
  - Understanding of UI elements, APIs, Database interfaces etc.
  - Presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills
  - Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  - Proactive, self-controlling tasks, teamwork
  
  [PREFER}
  - Experience & knowledge with RPA platform such as - Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Work Fusion or OCR tools such as ABBYY, Document Understanding of UiPath, Microsoft … is an advantage
  - Experience in any of the following programming languages/ software C/C++, Python, VB Script, Java, JavaScript, C#/.Net... is an advantage
  - Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
