  • Job Description

    One of our clients, which is selling chemical products, is now looking for Sales support.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Responsible for Supporting the Sales department in the administration
    -Liaising with Logistics companies and clients.
    -Got PO, make it Excel, send it to the customer
    -Customs declaration
    -Ensure enough Stock in the warehouse
    -Make sure delivery was successful
    -Making documents related to contracts with clients and Import/Export
    -Communicating admin staff of the clients and other branches
    -Reporting the situation and problem to a Japanese Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What you will be working on】

    【Must】
    -At least 2-3 years of working experience in handling Import and Export tasks.
    -English Intermediate level (for internal communication)

    【Better】
    -Working experience in a Japanese company
    -Working in chemical Industry will be advantageous.
