  • Job Description

    - Handle regular business (sea/air import/export, warehousing)
    - Check the cost from vendor, shipping line and consolidator for quotation
    - Control the shipment, report to customer, general director timely
    - Trouble shooting
    - Make Debit Note after checking the cost,
    - Check the regulation for import/export if necessary
    - Manage operation staff, instruct properly for smooth operation
    - Make peeriodically status report (inventory report, shipment progress report etc.)
    - Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - 5 years or above of experience in Freight Forwarding Operation in Logistic industry
    - A person who can start work from the beginning of June
    - Good at English (Upper-intermediate level)
    - Strong Ocean/Air end to end process knowledge & experience
    - Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Incoterms, Customs rules/ regulations/procedures and warehouses business

    <Prefer>
    - Have working experience in Foreign company
