    - Serving as a point of contact for customers
    - Preparing documents following sales order
    - Supporting the Sales Staff in clients' requirement
    - Processing non-conforming goods or returns as required
    - Tracking of the shipment of finished orders.
    - The other tasks assigned by the Vietnamese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - More than 3 years of operation experience in a Japanese fowarder.
    - English: Intermediate level.

    <Prefer>
    - Japanese N2 Intermediate level.
    - Having experience working in sales in a logistics company.
