  • Job Description

    - Manage and train sales team (There are 10 staffs and devide 2 teams)
    - Contact and promote company’s products to architect, developer, main-contractor and consultant.
    - Make strategy (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for marketing Design door, and new products to the clients.
    - Assess customer's needs, explain and demonstrate technical descriptions and purposes.
    - Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders.
    - Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new clients.
    - Effectively plan sales and services activities in assigned territory to ensure that sales plans and targets are achieved.
    - Resolve problems with products and services if any in short time and efficency.
    - Report to Vietnamese Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {Must}
    - University in Economics, Business Management, Technique.
    - Have 4 -6 years experience in sales construction or engineers/ technique.
    - Have 1-2 years experience in team leader, management skill.
    - Have business relationship in construction field.
    - Fluent in English about writing, reading, listening and speaking.
    - Open minded, faithful, moral, high responsibility
    - Have a long term working desire with us.
    {Prefer}
    - Have Japanese skill will be priority.
