  【Job Summary】
  Responsible for assisting in import-export related activities
  
  【Job Descriptions】(details)
  - Calculate selling prices for imported and exported products, including liquor, food, tissue products….
  - Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts for international transactions.
  - Coordinate with vendors to obtain and manage required licenses and permits, such as alcohol sales licenses, retail licenses, and wholesale licenses.
  - Work with vendors and customers to carry out food product registration/food announcement procedures in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
  - Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to follow up on customs clearance, transportation, and trucking arrangements.
  - Monitor and follow up on customers’ inventory.
  - Prepare quotations for logistics services.
  - Receive domestic sales orders and prepare delivery slips and related documents; ensure products are prepared and delivered to customers on time.
  - Prepare sales revenue reports upon request from the Director.
  - Analyze sales data, forecast sales volume, and coordinate order placement when necessary.
  - Provide Japanese–Vietnamese translation and interpretation support during meetings and daily communication.
  - Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
