  • 工作内容

    - Develop and update security procedures and policies in accordance with both customer standards and the company’s internal regulations.
    - Perform monthly security audits for the Security department, including: assessing compliance with established security procedures and policies, checking access control systems, surveillance systems, and the working environment inside and outside the Security room (e.g., networks, servers, client PCs, logs, etc.).
    - Prepare detailed monthly audit reports and propose improvements.
    - Coordinate with relevant departments to document and resolve any incidents (if any).
    - Identify weaknesses in security processes and policies, and propose corrective actions.

资格

  • 应征条件

    Must have
    - Open to Vietnamese/ foreigners based in Hanoi.
    - Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
    - Around 3-4 years experience in the field of security auditing.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Good communication and report-writing skills in Japanese or English

    Nice to have
    - Japanese equivalent ~ N2 level
    - Knowledge of security standards, procedures, and best practices such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP is a plus.
    - Experience working in an IT outsourcing environment is a plus.
    - Security-related certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CEH are an advantage.
