  One of our clients, which is providing insurance services for companies, is now looking for a Sales Staff.
  
  New Clients : Existing Clients = 20% : 80%
  Clients: Japanese Company in Vietnam (Mainly HCM)

  【Jobdetail】
  - Developing new businesses on assigned insurance classes/lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels
  - Referring to the Underwriting Department to prepare and set up proper terms and conditions for the insurance contracts in compliance to company underwriting guidelines
  - Preparing offers, and quotations, negotiating with clients to win insurance contract
  - Following up and managing outstanding premiums of assigned accounts
  - Proceeding renewal business and cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets
  - Maintaining client database and profile, respond and support all client's requests regarding the covers of insurance contract.
  - Retaining/increasing renewal premium or new premium from renewal business
  - Initiate and maintain customer service activities to improve customer trust and loyalty
  - Cooperating with relevant Departments in risk surveys, risk management activities, and other services for clients
  - Other tasks as required
