- Develop and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Healthy & Safety), etc - Conduct internal audits by organizing cross-functional inspections among departments to ensure the factory complies with established procedures and standards.- Manage risks by identifying weaknesses and proposing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize errors and prevent recurrence.- Eliminate waste by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce the eight common types of waste (e.g., waiting, transportation, excess inventory, product defects, etc.).- Drive continuous improvement by implementing Kaizen (small changes for significant improvements) and 5S methodologies (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to optimize the workplace.- Conduct shop floor inspections and perform measurements and analysis to evaluate operational effectiveness and improvement results.
