  <Job Summary>
  This role serves as a Technical/Engineering Supervisor at a PCBA and electronic equipment plant, directly assisting and eventually succeeding the Japanese Factory Manager. You will manage technical operations, including SMT line setup, machine maintenance, jig management, and process optimization. The position focuses on troubleshooting production issues, drafting SOPs, and cross-departmental coordination. Candidates need 3+ years of engineering/SMT experience, solid problem-solving skills, and a commitment to long-term career growth.
  
  <Job Details>
  - SMT Line Setup: Setting up SMT lines, programming/modifying machines, and optimizing parameters for New Product Introductions (NPI).
  - Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing preventive maintenance and first-response troubleshooting for SMT machines, infrastructure, and electrical parts (motors, sensors).
  - Jig Management: Inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and redesigning jigs to improve assembly efficiency and quality.
  - Root Cause Analysis: Investigating defect root causes using 5-Why or QC Story methods to prevent recurrence.
  - Documentation & SOPs: Drafting, revising, and updating technical records, machine manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  - Process & Cost Optimization: Leading Kaizen activities to reduce defects, boost productivity, and lower manufacturing costs.
  - On-site Technical Support: Guiding and instructing factory operators and technicians on daily technical tasks.
  - Departmental Coordination: Coordinating with QC, Production Control, and Procurement teams to align operational priorities.
  - Reporting to Japanese Management: Reporting issues, progress, and improvement plans to the Japanese Factory Manager.
  - Vendor Liaison: Communicating with equipment suppliers for advanced repairs, maintenance, or facility upgrades.
  - IT Support Assistance: Assisting with basic factory network, hardware, and equipment-related IT tasks as needed.
  - Succession & Assistant Duties: Assisting the Factory Manager while preparing to step up as a future technical successor.
  - Other Tasks: Executing additional tasks assigned by management.
