  - Sale of spare parts and services: Related to spare part, sales, quotation, contract with customers
  - Customer care: Contact customers to get information and recommend customers to maintaince and overhaul
  - Predict and recommend the number of spare parts to be sold in the near future
  - Contact head office to get a quote and order spare parts
  - Follow-up action to service/parts sales proposals
  - Service/Parts sales proposal list control
  - Organizing proposed quotations from departments to customers for visualize of order status and the progress
