[Job Summary]The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives in Vietnam. This role involves close collaboration with clients, building management, contractors, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. Business Development & Sales- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across commercial, retail, and F&B sectors.- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business opportunities.- Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with company standards.2. Market Analysis & Strategic Planning- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in Vietnam.- Support management in formulating and executing effective business development strategies.- Establish and maintain partnerships with developers (building management), contractors, and related stakeholders.3. Project & Internal Coordination- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.- Assist in monitoring sales pipelines and revenue forecasts- Provide timely updates, reports, and presentations on business development activities and results to management.4.
