    One of our Japanese clients, which provides Infrastructure/Network services, is now looking for an IT Recruiter.
    Your main responsibility is the acquisition of marvelous talent, who has great Engineer experience in the Network/Infrastructure field, for internal hiring activity.

    Report line: Management Director

    【What you will be working on】
    -Be responsible for the whole recruitment work of the Company: co-operate with Departments (IT-Sale department, technical department) to build and execute recruitment plans.
    -Build a standard recruitment workflow, and propose effective recruitment channels and budget.
    -Provide advisories to BOD in the recruitment plan and recruitment budget.
    -Provide advisories to BOD in building personnel-related policies, company culture, and internal communications, to enhance retention rate and employees' working experiences.

    Expected to become a Team Leader (01 admin, and 01 junior recruiter):
    -Deliver recruitment training to a member.
    -Lead admin work in the HCM office (office stationery, company event, etc.)

  • 应征条件

    【What they are looking for】

    (Must)
    -Bachelor Degree
    -+3 years of experience in IT Recruiting field or similar role.
    -Intermediate English
    -A sense of responsibility, result-orientation.

    (Advantageous)
    -Experience in IT infrastructure recruitment is a big plus (specialize in System engineering, System Administrator, Cloud engineering, Linux, Windows, SRE, Presales, and Sales positions)
