• Quản lý và giám sát hoạt động giao nhận hàng ngày (đường hàng không, đường biển, đường bộ, multimodal).• Đảm bảo xử lý trơn tru các lô hàng nhập khẩu, xuất khẩu và vận chuyển xuyên biên giới theo đúng quy định pháp luật Việt Nam.• Phối hợp làm việc với hãng tàu, hãng hàng không, đơn vị vận tải đường bộ, đại lý hải quan và hệ thống đại lý nước ngoài.• Giám sát và hỗ trợ đội ngũ Operations; phân công công việc và theo dõi hiệu suất làm việc.• Kiểm soát chứng từ vận chuyển (HBL/MBL, AWB, hóa đơn, packing list, tờ khai hải quan…).• Theo dõi và quản lý các chỉ số vận hành (KPI): giao hàng đúng hạn, kiểm soát chi phí, chất lượng dịch vụ và xử lý khiếu nại.• Xử lý chuyên nghiệp các sự cố vận hành, chậm trễ, phát sinh khiếu nại và vấn đề từ khách hàng.• Tối ưu hóa quy trình vận hành và SOP nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và kiểm soát chi phí.• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Sales để hỗ trợ báo giá, tư vấn tuyến vận chuyển và triển khai dịch vụ.• Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định nội bộ, điều khoản hợp đồng và cam kết dịch vụ.
