【求人概要】最大規模のサッカースクール運営企業にて、マーケティングプランナーを募集を募集しています。日本にて幼児～小学生を対象にしたサッカー・バスケットボール・チアダンスのスクールを運営しています。ベトナムには2014年に進出し、ホーチミン市（13会場）とハノイ市（10会場）で日本式サッカー、チアダンススクールを展開しています。当スクールではスポーツの技術を伸ばすことはもちろん、それ以上に「最後までやり抜く力」や「他者への想像力」などのEQ(心の知能指数)と呼ばれる力を伸ばすことに注力しています。【業務内容】・マーケティングWeb領域を中心としたマーケティング戦略、戦術の立案、企画、実行を行っていただきたく思います。具体的には、SNS（FB,Tiktok、Youtube）マーケの戦略構築、企画、実行や弊社にサポートいただいているWeb広告会社様と協業しながら、Web広告領域（Google、FB広告）の運用管理などをイメージしています。・PR、ブランディング戦略の立案、企画、実行スクール生拡大を目指す中で、どのようなイメージを持ってもらうのか？そのためにどういった発信を行っていくのか企画、実行を行っていただきたく思います。具体的には、SNSにての発信内容の方針策定や、クリエイティブの整備、必要に応じて自社メディアの構築などをイメージしています。・その他上司に指示される業務が発生します。【事業拡大に向けて】・事業拡大のためのマーケティング/集客・シンガポール/タイ/マレーシアなど他の東南アジア各国への進出・新規事業、事業拡大のための新規施策の打ち出し【会社/求人の魅力】・経営層との距離が近く、裁量権を持って働くことができます。・ホーチミン市内、生活に便利な立地です。・ベトナムでローカル市場を相手のビジネス経験を積めます。・マレーシア、タイ、インドネシアへ進出予定で、立ち上げ経験を積めるチャンスがあります。
