Khi chưa có dự án, sẽ thực hiện các công việc Khảo sát , thiết kế dự án :- Khảo sát dự án mới , làm báo cáo khảo sát .- Lên phương án thiết kế dự án , triển khai bản vẽ.- Bóc tách khối lượng.- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thầu .- Làm báo cáo tới cấp trên .
