  ★Job detail
  - After hiring, as a technical trainee, we will conduct training at the Japanese parent company for 6 months to 1 year. Training in Japan includes product assembly, structural understanding, understanding of applicable standards, standard checklists, TCF, etc. We will understand and correct.
  - After the training in Japan, we will manage the overall technical planning of the Vietnam factory, formulate business goals, manage business progress, and guide and train subordinates.
  - We will hire human resources who have been involved in development and design work and have business abilities related to development and design, such as knowledge of drawings, understanding of various materials and manufacturing methods, and knowledge of design changes.
