    ■ Job Summary

    We are looking for 01 Japan Desk Consultant to support Japanese clients and act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the company's legal consulting team.

    ■ Job Details

    • Provide one-stop communication support to Japanese clients, including client liaison, coordination, consulting service delivery, and other customer support activities.
    • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the legal consulting team.
    • Receive and respond to client inquiries, identify client needs, and support the preparation of appropriate service proposals.
    • Translate and review legal and other business-related documents between Japanese and Vietnamese/English as required.
    • Support back-office tasks, including:
    • Preparing contracts and purchase orders.
    • Obtaining necessary internal approvals.
    • Preparing Debit Notes for the IA team to issue invoices.
    • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Yêu cầu

    ■ Requirements

    {MUST}
    • Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies, Japanese Language, Law, or a related field.
    • JLPT N2 or above.
    • Notice: For candidates with a Law degree, JLPT N3 or above is acceptable.
    • At least 1–2 years of legal consulting working experience, preferably in a consulting, legal, or professional services environment.
    • Business-level Japanese and intermediate English.
    • Strong interest in learning new skills and gaining new experience.
    • Interest in legal and consulting work.
    • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively under pressure.

    {PREFER}
    • Graduates from Foreign Trade University, Hanoi University, Vietnam National University, or equivalent institutions.
    • Previous experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese-invested company.
    • Experience in consulting, legal services, accounting/tax, HR, or other professional services.
