  <Job Summary>
  This position supports sales promotion activities and provides technical support for the company’s machinery and equipment. The role includes customer meetings, complaint handling, loading and unloading, installation, and customer training. The employee will provide on-site support at customer locations when there are equipment malfunctions.

  - Tasks related to sales promotion for the company (presentations, translation, direct B2B sales).
  - Technical support responsibilities for all machinery and equipment owned by the company.
  - Responsible for technical requirements regarding machinery and equipment, including customer meetings, complaint handling, loading and unloading, installation, customer training, etc.
  - On-site support at customer locations in case of machinery or equipment malfunctions, upon request of customers or the company.
