  【Job Summary】
  The company is a Japanese-affiliated manufacturer in Vietnam specializing in high-quality sheet metal processing, metal cutting, bending, and assembly of industrial components. Backed by extensive technical expertise from its parent organization, the company manufactures reliable metal parts for various key industrial sectors including electricity, machinery, and infrastructure. The company is currently seeking a Japanese Speaking ISO Staff member to support and maintain its quality and environmental management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation, participating in internal and certification audits, and providing guidance across departments using Japanese language skills.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Control and update ISO-related documents and records including SOPs and Management Reviews.
  -Manage Internal Audit procedures and ensure full compliance with standard operating guidelines.
  -Maintain and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) reports.
  -Monitor risk control measures and quality objectives across operations.
  -Participate actively in internal audits and external ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification audits.
  -Update and maintain corrective action reports regularly.
  -Develop work plans for ISO 9001 activities and monitor ongoing operational progress.
  -Prepare periodic reports regarding quality management and environmental compliance.
  -Provide guidance and training to employees from other departments on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  -Other related tasks.
