  <Job Summary>
  The employer is a well-established global textile and apparel enterprise operating extensive manufacturing and supply chain networks across Vietnam. To strengthen operational capabilities and enhance manufacturing efficiency, the company is seeking a qualified Garment QC & Productivity Improvement Specialist to join its dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes across affiliated sewing factories and actively driving initiatives to optimize production efficiency. Working within the Business Department, you will inspect production outputs, review technical specifications, and make key technical adjustments to elevate overall product quality.
  
  <Detail>
  - Perform QC activities and quality inspections based on practical hands-on experience at sewing factories.
  - Analyze daily production workflows and line performance to improve factory productivity.
  - Check and review garment patterns, Technical Packs (TP), and design specifications before and during production.
  - Make necessary technical adjustments to garment patterns and specifications in order to elevate product quality and optimize construction.
  - Monitor factory compliance with quality standards and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
  - Identify defect root causes and establish effective corrective and preventive action plans with factory management.
  - Provide technical guidance and quality control training to factory line operators and QC teams.
  - Evaluate sample garments and pilot run outputs to ensure alignment with approved production standards.
  - Prepare detailed quality audit reports, inspection logs, and productivity evaluation summaries for department management.
  - Perform other related tasks assigned by the manager.
