【Job Summary】
The company is a well-established Japanese trading firm specializing in industrial machinery and precision tools in Vietnam. They support major manufacturing sectors, including semiconductor equipment, automotive, and motorcycles, showing a remarkable sales growth of 1.7 times from 2025 to 2026. This position focuses on nurturing relationships with key existing clients in northern Vietnam, ensuring seamless delivery and strong technical follow-up.
【Responsibilities】
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing Japanese manufacturing clients.
- Manage product delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle client requests and technical issues.
- Follow up closely with clients after product installation to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle inquiries regarding semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automotive, and motorcycle parts.
- Monitor client feedback and provide appropriate technical support or adjustments.
- Prepare sales reports, delivery documents, and internal coordination records.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities within existing major accounts.
- Commute and visit client factories located in Northern Vietnam for regular follow-ups.
- Other related tasks.

<Must>
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate Levels
- At least 3 years of experience in delivery management, customer coordination, or schedule tracking.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
<Prefer>
- English: Conversational Level
- Experience working in mechanical design, electrical control, equipment maintenance, or project coordination within the manufacturing/automation sector
