  【Job summary】
  The company is a reputable Japanese general contractor that has established a solid presence in Vietnam, providing high-quality design and construction services for industrial factories and warehouses. With offices covering major regions in Vietnam, the company caters to Japanese manufacturers by delivering Japanese standard quality through constant on-site supervision.
  
  They are currently looking for a passionate Construction Site Manager to oversee field operations and lead localized projects successfully. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, managing schedules, and maintaining communication between Japanese management and local engineering teams.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Manage daily operations and construction progress at the assigned industrial site.
  -Ensure strict adherence to high Japanese quality and safety management standards.
  -Supervise local subcontractors, workers, and architectural engineers effectively.
  -Control construction schedules and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  -Check and review structural/architectural drawings and specifications.
  -Coordinate closely with the Japanese management team regarding project status.
  -Handle on-site troubleshooting and report potential risks immediately.
  -Prepare and maintain regular progress reports and technical documentation.
  -Support environment improvement proposals such as heat countermeasure installations.
