  【Job Summary】
  A reputable Japanese manufacturing company specialized in precision metal machining is seeking an experienced and proactive Chief Accountant in Quang Ninh Province.
  The company serves critical industries by producing factory automation equipment and medical device components.
  As the company plans for business expansion and sales growth, this position will play a crucial role in leading the financial operations and driving functional excellence within the organization.
  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions, including monthly/yearly closing, cost accounting, inventory optimization, and tax compliance under Vietnam Accounting Standards.
  You will report directly to the General Director and manage local accounting staff, acting as a bridge with other departments like production and sales.
  The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and an ownership attitude to handle rigorous financial structures and strategic compliance.
  
  【Job detail】
  - Perform and report monthly and yearly financial closing processes accurately.
  - Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, voucher processing, and ledger maintenance.
  - Prepare financial statements in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS).
  - Conduct budget formulation, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and cash flow management.
  - Calculate and analyze manufacturing costs and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
  - Optimize inventory management for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  - Oversee corporate tax filings (CIT, VAT, PIT) and handle tax audits and authorities.
  - Prepare and manage transfer pricing documentation (local files) aligned with business expansion.
  - Implement internal control systems and coordinate with external and parent company auditors.
  - Manage local staff, communicate with other departments, and handle other related tasks.
