  - Follow up on import orders and documents until the goods arrive, ensuring delivery deadlines as per the confirmed purchase order (PO).
  - Verify documents issued by the supplier, ensuring their accuracy, and contact the supplier for corrections if necessary.
  - Be responsible for checking product names, origin, HS code, model, serial number, CAS number, etc., ensuring they match the actual goods and comply with customs declaration requirements.
  - Ensure all urgent import shipments are tracked and promptly addressed to meet production requirements.
  - Be responsible for monitoring and controlling delivery deadlines from subcontractors, eliminating warehousing costs arising from delays in import customs procedures.
  - Be responsible for the content of customs declarations for imported goods.
  - Be responsible for storing original documents according to the department's document control and storage standards.
  - Ensure all imported shipments are tracked using the department's prescribed form; ensure that the form and import goods information are updated and stored in the system for the department's shared use.
  - Monitor customs fee payments for declarations opened by suppliers at both ends.
  - Follow the arrangements, personnel deployments, and work coordination of superiors.
  - Report directly to superiors on any issues arising under your responsibility to ensure timely resolution and corrective measures.
