【Job Summary】
This dynamic 100% Japanese-owned enterprise is a leading provider of industrial tools, machinery, and sub-materials, supporting the thriving manufacturing sector in Vietnam. With a strong foundation since 2009, the company prides itself on delivering high-quality products ranging from grinding wheels to customized machinery.
As a Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind expanding the company’s market presence and fostering long-term partnerships with industrial clients. We are seeking a motivated professional with at least one year of sales experience who can articulate technical value and meet ambitious sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional international environment with continuous training and performance-based growth.
【Responsibilities】
-Generate new sales leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
-Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
-Conduct at least 55 customer meetings per month, including onsite visits and online consultations.
-Analyze and understand specific customer needs to offer suitable technical solutions.
-Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
-Negotiate contract terms and effectively close business deals.
-Maintain and develop strong, sustainable relationships with existing and new customers.
-Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports to management.
Stay updated on technical product specifications to provide accurate information to clients.
-Coordinate with the team for other related tasks to support overall business objectives.
-Other related tasks as assigned by the Manager or Vice Director.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technique, Engineering, or a related field.
-At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in industrial consumables.
-Familiarity with technical product specifications.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
