    Responsibilities
    • Import/Export Management & Compliance (50%)
    o Oversee assigned operations and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations (including tax exemption requirements)
    • Client Communication (20%)
    o Act as the main contact for logistics operations
    o Provide accurate updates and build strong client relationships
    • Troubleshooting (20%)
    o Handle customs discrepancies or transport incidents
    o Propose alternative solutions to avoid delays
    • Team Support (10%)
    o Support junior staff, review documents, and share know-how

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in a related field)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export and logistics operations (including external negotiations)
    • Practical English skills:
    o Ability to understand customs regulations
    o Ability to communicate and report accurately to overseas stakeholders and supervisors
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills:
    o Able to coordinate with relevant parties and resolve customs or transportation issues

    <Advantage>
    - Experience working in Japanese company
    - Having Japanese Skills
