    【Job Summary】
    We are a specialized trading company that handles a wide range of products from main materials to process materials,
    such as electronic materials, films, resins, molded products, and stainless steel fibers.
    They will establish the company in Vietnam in September, so we are looking for a new support member.

    【Job description(details)】
    - Having a meeting with the other branch.
    - Arranging the deadline for delivery with clients.
    - Expanding the new clients by visiting clients.
    - Pre-qualification check of goods to be imported from oversea.
    - Registering import-related permit applications (NOC, TCCS, QR, etc.) with government agencies.
    - After receiving approval, conduct trade operations in cooperation with the head office in Japan.
    - Manage inventory of labels and place orders. Translation of packages and materials, HS code check in advance.
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Japanese: N2 Advanced level.(Can use "Keigo(Official word" in conversation.)
    - Having more than 3 years working in a Japanese company.(Any position is OK)
    - Smart, Carefull, can work independently.
    - Cheerful personality, good communication skills.

    <Prefer>
    - Having experience working on Import/Export tasks or sales experiences.
    - Having living and working in Japan.
