・内装会社、設計事務所、住宅会社、家具会社等での設計、施工管理の経験(最低2年)
・英語、もしくはベトナム語が出来る方。
・海外でインテリアの企画から引き渡しまで一連の流れを学びたい方。

<Summary>A Japan-based architectural design company is planning to establish an offshore design support team in Vietnam to assist its design department in Japan. The Vietnam team will support architectural visualization and design work for projects handled by the Japanese headquarters.During the first year, the position will be based in Vietnam. After gaining sufficient experience, the employee will have opportunities to travel to Japan for training and collaboration with the Japanese design team.<Job Details>- Support the Japanese design team with architectural design and visualization work- Create 3D models using SketchUp- Produce realistic renderings using Enscape- Assist with design documentation and visual materials for architectural projects- Communicate with the Japanese team regarding design requirements and revisions- Gradually develop the capability to handle design tasks independently- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

【Job Summary】- Lead National Sales Strategy- Business Development & Sales Acumen- Cross-Functional Alignment【Main responsibilities】1. Communicate predefined sales target to sales team- Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve their individual sales target.- Assist individual sales staff in their sales activities.- To make sure sales executives receive adequate product knowledge, selling skills and sales operation direction.2.
