  【Job Summary】
  Seeking a motivated and technically capable Machine Tool Service Engineer to support customers and internal teams at our Hanoi office. This role is ideal for individuals who have hands-on experience with CNC machine tools and are interested in building their technical career in the precision manufacturing industry.
  
  The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of advanced machine tools used in manufacturing environments such as precision machining, mold making, and industrial component production. These machines typically include CNC lathes, machining centers, wire-cut EDM machines, and other automated manufacturing equipment used in modern production facilities.
  
  In this role, the engineer will frequently communicate with overseas manufacturers and internal technical teams. Because of this, English communication skills are required, particularly for reading manuals, communicating technical issues, and coordinating with suppliers or engineers abroad. However, candidates with strong technical capabilities but moderate English skills are also encouraged to apply, as the company supports continuous language improvement as part of professional development.

  - Install new machining tools at customer sites and assemble them accurately.
  - Perform initial setup and adjustments to ensure the machines operate correctly.
  - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to maintain machine performance.
  - Replace consumable parts and repair potential trouble spots.
  - Troubleshoot and repair machines in case of malfunctions.
  - Provide swift and precise responses to urgent issues.
  - Address technical inquiries from customers and provide solutions.
  - Offer guidance and training on machine operation and maintenance.
  - Propose and implement machine upgrades or software updates to improve functionality.
  - Customize and adjust machines to meet customer requirements.
  - Record work details and inspection results in reports.
  - Report to supervisors or customers and suggest follow-up actions.
  - Frequently visit customer locations, which may include domestic or international travel.
  - Other tasks assigned by a manager.
