  【Job Summary】
  Acting as a Quality Engineer within the R&D Engineering Department of a 100% Japanese-owned trading company. The primary focus is ensuring the quality of mechanical goods and industrial supplies by performing technical inspections at supplier sites and maintaining high standards for products distributed to clients.
  
  【Main Responsibilities】
  -Conduct on-site product inspections and monitor production progress at partner factories.
  -Interpret and analyze technical drawings to ensure products meet specified requirements.
  -Execute quality control procedures in accordance with internal company standards (Training provided).
  -Utilize various measuring instruments and tools to verify product dimensions and specifications.
  -Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to management after each factory visit.
  -Coordinate closely with the Supervisor to resolve any technical discrepancies or quality issues.
  -Communicate with factory personnel to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality protocols.
  -Manage personal schedule for factory visits independently once the initial training period is completed.
  -Support the R&D team in evaluating new suppliers or specialized mechanical parts.
  -Maintain professional relationships with local suppliers to ensure long-term quality consistency.
  -Other related tasks.
