  <Job Summary>
  You will be in charge of the Chief Accountant in a Japanese IT company.
  
  <Job Description>
  - Lead Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closing: Oversee financial closing in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and prepare financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Japan headquarters.
  - Tax Compliance and Risk Management: Manage tax declarations and payments including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Personal Income Tax (PIT). Handle tax audits and ensure compliance with local regulations while minimizing tax risks.
  - Head Office Reporting and Budget Control: Prepare monthly financial reports for the parent company, manage budget versus actual analysis, monitor cash flow, and provide variance explanations.
  - Internal Control and Governance: Establish, implement, and improve accounting processes and internal control systems in line with group standards and corporate governance requirements.
  - Accounting Team Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff. Improve operational efficiency and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
  - SaaS/IT-Specific Accounting Operations: Manage subscription-based revenue recognition, assess capitalization of development costs, and monitor offshore development expenses in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
