You will lead the entire store development and construction process, including interior design review, construction management, and coordination with stakeholders.   - Conduct property research: market area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, sales estimation, comparison with existing stores, and profit and loss calculations
  - Negotiate with property owners: propose terms and conditions, contract negotiations, discuss construction and asset classifications, competitor analysis
  - Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations
  - Support existing stores: SNS promotion and coordination with other departments
  - Other tasks assigned by a manager
