  <Job Summary>
  You will be in charge of the Paint Technician Staff cum car wash staff in the Japanese Automotive shop, Suzuki.
  
  <Detail>
  - Follow the standard procedures of Visuco & Royal Auto Japan.
  - Perform polishing and cleaning of vehicles before and after painting as required.
  - Ensure all polishing and cleaning work is completed on schedule, to the required quality, and in accordance with established procedures, technical standards, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  - Accurately mix paint colors.
  - Coordinate quality control of repaired vehicles to ensure they meet technical standards and requirements.
  - Ensure the quality of the paint surface and adhere to the assigned painting deadlines.
  - Be willing to work overtime to complete tasks when requested by superiors.
  - Complete all requirements on repair orders.
  - Manage and maintain assigned equipment according to regulations. Ensure the work area and the area under your management are always tidy and clean.
  - Implement 5S effectively in the paint repair and paint mixing area.
  - Inventory and maintain equipment and tools.
  - Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
