  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer to accelerate the introduction and enhancement of retail systems and applications across our rapidly expanding convenience retail network in Vietnam. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and IT delivery, ensuring that both new system rollouts and upgrades to existing platforms are executed smoothly, efficiently, and with strong stakeholder alignment.
  
  This is not a hands-on systems engineering/software coding role. Instead, you will function as the central point of coordination, defining requirements at a business level, working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business needs, and driving adoption across departments.
  
  Your responsibilities will include business analysis, vendor coordination, project planning, and follow-through, ensuring high-quality results within agreed timelines and budgets. You will work closely with business leaders, technology partners, IT teams, and external vendors to support key retail initiatives, including new technology introductions and system enhancements.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  -Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects related to new system implementation and enhancements of existing retail systems.
  -Translate business needs into minimum viable technical requirements and communicate effectively with vendors to define clear deliverables.
  -Coordinate and drive project execution with internal teams and external software/implementation partners.
  -Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables, reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
  -Serve as the primary point of contact for communications between technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors.
  -Facilitate solution validation, system acceptance testing, and hand-over to operational teams.
  -Support business stakeholders to adopt new systems through training coordination, guidance documents, and ongoing support channels.
  -Utilize industry knowledge and vendor networks to source competitive proposals, benchmark technology, and advise on best solutions.
  -Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose enhancements to strengthen system stability and operational workflows.
