  【Job Summary】
  The Warehouse Leader will play a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations for a logistics-focused organization operating in Vietnam. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse management while supervising local warehouse staff who handle day-to-day operational tasks. Although hands-on warehouse work is primarily conducted by local company staff, the Warehouse Leader is expected to manage, coordinate, and continuously improve warehouse activities through strong leadership, operational oversight, and inventory control.
  
  The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between warehouse operations and management, ensuring that logistics processes align with service quality standards, cost efficiency goals, and customer expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. The Warehouse Leader must ensure that goods are properly handled, stored, and tracked to minimize loss, damage, or discrepancies.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
  -Manage and supervise local warehouse staff responsible for physical warehouse work.
  -Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure operational efficiency.
  -Ensure proper handling, storage, and management of goods and materials.
  -Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  -Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses.
  -Implement and enforce warehouse procedures, work standards, and safety rules.
  -Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth logistics and delivery operations.
  -Improve warehouse layout, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  -Prepare basic operational reports and provide feedback to management.
  -Support training and development of warehouse staff to improve performance.
  -Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
