  [Job Summary]
  - We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of raw materials supplied by external vendors and to continuously improve supplier quality performance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, supporting new product introduction (NPI), and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and social responsibility standards.
  The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, internal engineering teams, quality departments, and other stakeholders to identify quality risks, resolve supplier-related issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with supplier audits, and the ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
  
  [Job description]
  - Ensure the quality of raw materials from suppliers, including manufacturing processes and material compliance
  - Investigate and handle raw material quality issues, manufacturing abnormalities, and customer complaints related to suppliers
  - Track issues until closure and update corrective and preventive actions in the CLCA database
  - Conduct supplier audits, including QSA, QPA, and HSF audits for new suppliers
  - Provide guidance and improvement support for suppliers that fail audits
  - Perform NPI audits for new models, including full quality tracking during trial production
  - Manage and resolve trial production issues, ensuring all improvements are completed before mass production
  - Conduct monthly supplier quality evaluations and annual supplier audits
  - Prepare and summarize monthly supplier quality performance and HSF assessment reports
  - Communicate the latest HSF-related standards, requirements, and questionnaires to suppliers and follow up on acknowledgment and compliance
  - Ensure proper implementation of NCCV HSF environmental management substance specifications
  - Measure and verify key dimensions of incoming materials in accordance with SIP regulations
  - Identify supplier quality risks and proactively implement preventive measures
  - Other related tasks.
